What if I am a minor?
We serve clients of all ages. If you are a minor we have no legal responsibility to notify parents or guardians.

How do you keep my information confidential?
Client information is held in strict confidence. We are required by law to disclose information in a situation where there is apparent imminent harm for you or others. Without imminent harm, we do not give any information out about you to anyone, unless you sign a consent form authorizing us to do so.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
You do not need to bring anything with you to your appointment. You are welcome to bring a friend or partner to your appointment. The friend or partner will be asked to wait in the waiting room during the intake portion of your appointment. After the intake, the decision will be left up to you if you want the friend or partner to remain in the waiting room or if you want them to join you for the remainder of the session.

Do I have to make an appointment?  
If there is not an appointment in session then we may be able to take a walk-in. If we are not able to see you immediately, we will schedule you in our next available appointment.
